What we collect
- Contact details: name, email address and any message you send us.
- Jewellery images you upload for quotes, trials or completed orders.
- Basic technical data such as IP address.
Why we use it
To answer enquiries, deliver retouching work, issue invoices and keep accounting records.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the studio: PayPal for invoicing (card details are never stored by Zenone Studio), WeTransfer for large files, and SiteGround for hosting, with servers in Germany.
Where data is stored
Contact details and uploaded images are stored on servers in China. Appropriate safeguards are applied to these international transfers.
How your images are used
Your images are used to complete your work, and finished images may be included in the Zenone Studio portfolio. They are never sold or passed to third parties. If you would prefer your images not to be published, email info@zen-onestudio.com at any time and they will be removed.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: 6 months from the last contact.
- Working files (layered files and drafts): 3 months after delivery, then securely deleted.
- Finished images: kept for portfolio use, removed on request.
- Invoices: kept for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing info@zen-onestudio.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
